Great shop! The owner has everything under control, is incredibly friendly, and always has an open ear for all customer requests in many languages (German, Dutch, French, English, Swiss German, etc.). All the staff are always cheerful and helpful. All the equipment was top-notch, and the advice was excellent. We'll definitely be back! It's a small shop in Veysonnaz, so there can sometimes be a wait, but it's absolutely worth it, and we were happy to overlook it! We'll gladly return. The ski school also provided excellent service. We had private lessons for adults at an advanced level, a beginner group course for 4-year-olds (Julien was fantastic), a superb instructor who was incredibly empathetic and fantastic with the children. We also had a beginner course for 6-year-olds, again with a great instructor who did a superb job. We highly recommend them!

I had a private snowboarding lesson with Lukas today. It was truly amazing. He explained the basics clearly, so I can easily move on. Looking for a good snowboarding instructor? I highly recommend Lukas!

Friendly. Professional. Helpful. For both the ski lessons and renting equipment. As well as for the use of the (heated) ski lockers. Have been there for 2 years already. Going again next year.

My daughters have skied with NA since they were 3 years old and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are flexible and helpful and most importantly all of the instructors know their stuff! My girls are teenagers now and still go to their teenage sessions which focus on more fun/off piste/mountain stuff! Get signed up before the end of October and you get a discount too!

I had a wonderful skiing experience with my instructor Wout . He was approachable, friendly and just so easy to learn with. I moved from no skiing to skiing in red runs by the end of my holiday ! Thank you so much!
