How to film your video properly

No need for a professional camera or complicated editing. A few simple rules are all you need for effective analysis. The clearer the video, the more accurate the feedback will be.

  • Film from the side or slightly from the front
  • Only one person per video
  • Skiers visible from head to skis
  • 30 to 60 seconds, natural pace
  • Good visibility, avoid backlighting

Who is this service for?

This is for anyone who wants to work on their personal skills without having to book a class. You ask, we deliver.

Do I have to be in Nendaz?

No, you don't have to be in Les 4 Vallées. You can send us your video from anywhere in the world!

What is the response time?

If you send your video before 12:00 p.m. (Swiss time), you will receive a response from the coach the next day at 9:00 a.m., either by email or WhatsApp. If you send the video after 12:00 p.m., the analysis will take an additional day.

Can I send multiple videos?

Video coaching is limited to 1, maximum 2 videos, for a total duration of 60 seconds. Beyond that, additional videos cannot be processed within the allotted time.
