5. Terms of Use
- Neige Aventure assumes no liability for any accidents that occur during the lessons. Each participant must have their own insurance coverage.
- The booking confirmation serves as a receipt. Refunds in the event of injury or illness will be issued only upon presentation of a medical certificate. Neige Aventure will refund only the amount corresponding to the service not provided.

- For group activities, the instructor is not required to wait for latecomers.
- If you will be late for the first informational meeting or for picking up the rental equipment, please notify us as soon as possible. - Rental equipment must be returned to the pickup location.
- The equipment available for rent is described on the website; customers reserve a category of equipment, not a specific model (except for VIP and test skis).
- Equipment must be returned at the end of the last day of the rental period, or by 10:00 a.m. the following morning. Any return after 10:00 a.m. will be considered an additional day.
- The customer agrees to pay for repair costs not related to normal wear and tear. Repairs are performed exclusively by the rental company (OnTheMountain ) at the customer's expense.
- Equipment that cannot be repaired will be billed at replacement cost (sales price including tax, minus 15% depreciation per year from the date of purchase).
