Absolutely. We offer advanced courses for those who want to perfect their techniques on more demanding terrain or learn freeride and freestyle.

You'll need to bring your own ski equipment or rent it from our store (or any other local rental company). We can advise you on the best equipment, or let you try out new items.

Yes, you can request a specific instructor. After booking, simply send us an e-mail to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Safety is our top priority. In addition to mandatory helmet use, our courses are designed around safe practices, including warm-ups, personalized advice, awareness of mountain risks, and constant supervision by our certified instructors.

We offer a flexible cancellation policy.

5.1 Neige Aventure / onthemountain.ch declines all responsibility for accidents that may occur during the courses and/or with the equipment rented. All participants must be covered by their own insurance.

5.2 The voucher for equipment rental and ski lesson reservations serves as a receipt. Refunds in the event of injury or illness will only be made on presentation of a medical certificate. Neige Aventure will only reimburse the amount of the service not provided.

5.3 Lessons and rentals are booked for firm dates. Consequently, no cancellations will be accepted if received by Neige Aventure / onthemountain.ch less than 15 days before the start of the service. If the cancellation is made within this period, we will reimburse the cost of the services, less CHF 10 for administrative costs.

5.4 If the customer is absent at the start of the course, no refund will be made and the course cannot be replaced.

5.5 A minimum of 3 participants is required for a group course.
If there are 2 participants, we reserve the right to reduce the duration of the course.
In the event of a single participant, we will be obliged to reschedule the course as a private lesson, for the amount already paid.

5.6 Lift passes are not included in the price of lessons or equipment hire.

5.7 Mini Kids Club: Satisfaction or your money back: in order not to force your child to ski or snowboard, we will refund in full any unused half-day lessons. Neige Aventure SA / onthemountain.ch customer service must be informed before the start of the course.

5.8 Classes are held in all weathers. In the event of force majeure, cancelled courses will not be reimbursed, but an alternative will be offered.

5.9 In the event of an INTEGRAL closure of the ski area normally accessible from the equipment rental location, and only in this case, the lesson and rental days concerned will be deducted.

5.10 For freeride and off-piste activities, participants must be equipped with a working avalanche transceiver (information available from our stores).

5.11 For group activities, the instructor is not required to wait for latecomers.

5.12 If you are late for the first information meeting at our main reception or for collecting your rental equipment, you must inform us as soon as possible. Reserved products and services will be held for 24 hours. After this time, they will be released for rental or sale, without any compensation being due to the customer.

5.13 Rental equipment must be returned to the place of collection.

5.14 The equipment offered for rental is described on this site, it being specified that the customer reserves a range of equipment and not a particular model (except for VIP and test skis).

5.15 Equipment must be returned at the end of your last rental day or by 10am the following morning. Any equipment returned after 10 a.m. will be considered as an additional day's rental payable to us.

5.16 The customer agrees to pay the cost of repairs not related to normal wear and tear or the cost of replacing the rented equipment. Repairs will be carried out exclusively by the lessor, at the customer's expense.

5.17 All materials, equipment and accessories whose repair proves to be technically or economically unfeasible must be paid by the customer to Neige Aventure / onthemountain.ch at the replacement price, i.e. the equivalent of the sale price including VAT less 15% obsolescence per year since the date of acquisition of the equipment by the store.

5.18 Subject to performance of the obligations arising from the contract, the customer benefits from the following provisions, except in the case of fraud:
Unless the customer has taken out the "ski/snowboard breakage" guarantee provided for in the paragraph below, the customer is not covered for any damage to the rented equipment and is personally liable for said damage, whatever the cause. However, the customer may not be held liable for the harmful consequences of hidden defects in the rented equipment or of wear and tear that is not apparent and unfit for the use for which it was intended, provided that proof of said defects or wear and tear can be provided by the customer.

5.19 The customer is responsible in the event of theft. The customer must provide the store with the original police report of theft within 24 hours. Stolen equipment will be invoiced to the customer at the replacement price, i.e. the equivalent of the sale price including VAT less 15% depreciation per year since the date of acquisition of the equipment by Neige Aventure / onthemountain.ch.

5.20 "Ski/snowboard breakage" guarantee: the customer may, at the time of booking or upon collection of the equipment, take out a guarantee payable in advance and invoiced in accordance with the conditions of the category chosen. In this case, the rental company will relinquish all recourse against the customer and will assume all repair or replacement costs under normal use.
