Yes, you can request a specific instructor. After booking, simply send us an e-mail to make your request. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
All participants are required to wear a helmet.
Before choosing the slopes where you'll practice and improve, your instructor will always assess your actual skill level on the snow.
Our instructors are trained to assess traffic conditions on the slopes, position the group accordingly, and take immediate action in the event of a problem.
We intentionally keep our groups small: a maximum of 6 participants for adult group classes.
Absolutely. Our private lessons are perfect for beginners. Our experienced instructors will provide special attention to ensure a safe and enjoyable introduction to skiing.
Ski equipment is not included in the course. However, we do offer special rates for equipment rental as part of the course package!
For private lessons, we always do our best to provide you with an instructor who speaks your language. It’s best to let us know when you make your reservation: if possible, we’ll be happy to arrange it. The most common languages spoken by our team are French, English, Dutch, and German.
For group classes, we cannot guarantee a specific language. Classes are generally taught in French and/or English, and instructors often speak other languages as well.
If you would like the classes to be conducted in the participants’ language, we recommend choosing private lessons.
Yes, this is possible in Veysonnaz thanks to our pick-up and drop-off service. An instructor can pick up the children and bring them back down (subject to availability). This service costs 10 CHF per child per trip (up or down). We pick up and drop off the children at our shop, “ Neige Aventure ” – OnTheMountain, located below the Veysonnaz gondola. Please notify our office no later than the day before if you would like to use this service.
